” GOI Min of Pers Memorandum laying down the cut off date and mandating that the pre 01.01.2006 pensioners would have their pension fixed on pro-rata basis reducing the same by such number of years they have rendered less service than 33 years, have since been quashed by Hon’ble Delhi HC vide Judgment dated 7th May 2015. Pre 2006 pensioners with less than 33 years qualifying service will get full pension as granted to post 01.012006 retirees by 6th CPC , after 20 years of qualifying service, with arrears .
