This Office Memorandum from the Directorate General of CGHS, dated 6 August 2018, revises the maximum reimbursement rates for cardiac devices for CGHS and CS(MA) beneficiaries. It covers cardiac pacemakers (single chamber, dual chamber and bi-ventricular), implantable defibrillators (AICD), combo devices (CRT-D), aortic stent grafts and rotablators, with ceiling rates ranging from ₹23,920 to ₹4,90,000 plus GST. These rates remain valid until the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) notifies new rates, and all other conditions from the 2014 order stay the same.
