In the CAT Case Titled Varinder Mitter and Others Vs UOI and Others relating to stepping up of the pay of AAOs wef 03.07.95 the Hon`ble CAT Bench Chandigarh during the hearing of contempt petition on 16.03.15 has directed the CGDA to file Affidavit of Compliance of the court judgment on the next date of hearing which has been fixed on 07.04.15. The next date of hearing of contempt petition in respect of the second case titled Satpal Singh and Others Vs UOI and Others the next date of hearing has been fixed on 08.04.2015
