The Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence, has extended CSD facilities to all retired defence civilians vide letter No. F. No. B (14)/2015-D (MOV) dated 31.07.2015. Accordingly, instructions for the issue of CSD Smart Cards to retired defence civilians have been issued by AHQ, QMG Branch, vide letter No. 96301/Q/DDGCS/POLICY dated 12.08.2015. DAPWA members are requested to go through the instructions and apply to the concerned URC for the issue of a CSD Smart Card.
