MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING HELD ON 20th April 2026.
An Executive body meeting was held on 20th April 2026, in DAPWA’s room of PCDA (WC), Chandigarh at 10.30 AM. Meeting was attended by 7 executive body members & discussed following agenda points-
- Points regarding Annual day celebrations.
- Publication of Souvenir.
Sh S.P. Singh, President DAPWA started meeting welcoming all executive body members. It was proposed to hold Annual Function on 2nd May 2026. It was decided to invite Sh S.K. Singh, PCDA (WC) as Chief Guest and Sh Abhishek Sharma, Director, Tagore Theatre as Guest of Honor. It was also decided to arrange for Lunch for all the members and also snacks in the morning before the start of the program.
It was intimated by the President that Health talk will be delivered by a doctor from Paras Hospital on the Annual Day. The charge of Preparation for the Mementom, Banner and other items was given to Sh N.C. Dogra.
Since most of the members have not submitted their photos for the souvenier despite several requests and the funds are also not sufficient for the Publication of Souvenir, it was decided to postpone the publication till Diwali festival this year.

Meeting ended with vote of thanks by Sh S.P. Singh. After the meeting the members went to the PCDA chamber to invite him for the Annual Function and have his consent for which he agreed happily. Then the members went to Wet Canteen to discuss about the lunch and snacks for the function.
