Hi everyone! I welcome all members. For the information of all I sum up few basic rules of this group-

  1. This group is created with an aim of helping those who need it most.
  2. ⁠The Group is open to all like-minded individuals who think they can contribute happily towards people who are in real need.
  3. This group is a separate entity than DAPWA.
  4. ⁠A Separate account has been opened for the convenience of donors. Details of the account & its QR code are attached.
  5. The amount so collected will be donated once collection go beyond Rs 10000/- just to avoid accumulation of funds.
  6. ⁠Donations will be made in consultation with all members.
  7. All receipt & expenditure details will be updated on the website & WhatsApp group.

These are basic rules on which we will be working. Apart from these, suggestions are welcome.

DAPWA came into existence on 27/10/2007 to look into the welfare of pensioners of Defence Accounts Department for settlement of their grievances with regards to their pending pension claims, expediting documentation for sanction/ issue of family pension medical claims and to provide moral support in adverse circumstances of brother pensioners.
