REGISTRATION OF DAPWA
During Executive body meeting which was held on 1st March 2025, in Meghdoot Hall of PCDA (ARMY), Chandigarh at 01 PM it was decided to get DAPWA registered with U T Chandigarh as old registration of DAPWA has become null & void due to non submission of annual return since it’s registration.
Accordingly, It was decided & agreed by all the members to get it registered in Chandigarh as area of operation of DAPWA is Chandigarh. All the members approved this.
Sh S P Singh, President & Sh K K Sharma, General Secretary visited Sh Kamal Sharma, FCA, at his office in Panchkula to get guidelines on the registration process. He briefed about the entire process & suggested to propose a body of 7 members for this process. Accordingly it was decided to send him details of such body. He will charge Rs12000/- for such submission of documents.
It was approved in Executive Body meeting that following members are to be designated in such proposed new body-

- Sh KAMAL KISHORE SHARMA, GENERAL SECRETARY ( ELECTED)
- Sh NIHAL DOGRA, FINANCE SECRETARY ( ELECTED)
- Sh JASPAL SINGH, EXECUTIVE MEMBER
- Sh D P DUTTA, EXECUTIVE MEMBER
- Sh SURINDER SINGH, EXECUTIVE MEMBER
Accordingly file was submitted to the Registrar of Societies, U T Chandigarh completing all formalities. Registration has since been done vide no. DC-RIA-RS/2025/00024 Dt 22.03.2025.
